1. Q: Are you products original and brand new?

 

A: Yes. All the items at our site are 100% original and brand new. All our bags will come with the dust bag, serial number, authenticity card, etc. You can contact us if you need the original box and receipt. And we also offer free heat stamp service for your purses. 

 

2. Q: Do you have any warranty or guarantee on your products?

 

A: Our company promise you 100% satisfaction and we offer 30 days unconditional return policy. 

 

3. Q: Why is your price so inexpensive?

 

A: Actually these are the wholesale price for our customers, because most of our customers are long time customers and they stock our bags in large quantity to resell at their location.

 

4. Q: Do you have minimum order required?

 

A: No MOQ required. But we will ship your goods by postal package if your order is less than 150 USD. And we ship by DHL to USA, UK, Canada, Germany, Spain, France, etc, if your order is more than 150 USD. 

 

5. Q: Where are these products shipped from?

 

A: We will ship most of our products from our sales department in Hong Kong. 

 

6. Q: Hong long is the shipment? 

 

A: For customers from USA, UK, Canada, most customers can receive their goods in 7 business days ater the payment. We will ship the goods by DHL shipment. 

 

7. Q: Are the goods made in China?

 

A: We guarantee that all the look and materials of our products are the same as the original at retail store. And all our bags will be labled by "Made in France" or  "Made in Spain".

 

8. Q: Can I get any discount for my order?

A: Our company only offer $50 discount at most if your order is more than 500 USD. Because we have to pay high commission charge to our third party credit card company. And we need to bear the risk that some customers dispute maliciously the payment by credit card once they receive the goods. So our company offer 15% discount for customers choose to pay by Western Union. And you can get more discount if your order is large enough. 

 

9. Q: Why my payment is declined?

 

A: Sorry that our third party credit card company is quite strict and sometimes your payment would be declined. Please contact us by our live chat online or email louisvuittonoutlet@hotmail.co.uk if you have trouble paying at our site. We can send you the payment link for other credit card payment system or instruct you to pay by Western Union online.

A: Please create an account at our site firstly, then add the items you want in your shopping cart. And you can checkout by your credit card directly at our site, it is 100% secured. You can also choose Western Union payment in Step 2 and submit your order information firstly if you want to get more discount. A: You can pay for your products by Paypal or Credit Card or Western Union Money Transfer. If customers need to buy large sums of goods, we strongly recommend Western Union because we offer 15% discount for your order.

A: The shipping time will vary based on where you are located and whether the product you order is in stock. We will notify you the estimated delivery time of your item. If your items is in stock, we will deliver it to you within 5-8 working days.


13.Q:Can I shipping my items to a different address nor my billing address?


A:Yes,you can ship items to a different address.When you choose the right products and check out, you can fill the right shipping address by prompt for login information.


14. Q: Can I track the package online?


A: Yes,you can track your package online.Once we ship your package out, we will email the tracking number to you. The tracking number will be available in 48 hours.


15. Q:What should I do if I never received the shipment?


A: Shipping takes 6-11 days worldwide. A tracking number will be sent to you within 48 hours so you can track the progress of your order online.Please allow up to 5 days for the shipping company to update the information on their website.Shipping is Guaranteed.

A:The rule is simple if you did not receive the item in a month from when it was sent out, we will fully refund you payment.


17 Q:How do you ensure your products after I finish payment?


A: Within 3 working days after you finish payment, we will send detailed list which is including: order number, payment time, tracking number of the express, payment sum, products'name purchased, and amount, expiration date, probably deliver time.

A: It only takes 24-48 hours to process your payment, an email confirmation with receipt will be sent to you once your order has been approved.
